Yes. Registering your home address and receiving your Wasul code is completely free. There are no fees for residents. You simply register once and use your code whenever you order.

Your GPS coordinates are only shared with delivery partners at the time of a delivery. We do not sell your data, and your exact location is never publicly visible. Only the driver delivering to you can see your address details.

When ordering from a Wasul partner, simply provide your code or registered phone number and they'll have your delivery location on file. Not all restaurants and delivery services are partnered with Wasul yet, but we're growing our network every day. Ask your favorite spots if they use Wasul, or let us know and we'll reach out to them.

When you place an order, the restaurant or delivery service looks up your Wasul code and gets your exact GPS location plus any delivery instructions you provided. The driver gets a direct Google Maps link to navigate to your door.

We offer flexible pricing for delivery partners and restaurants. Reach out to our team to discuss a plan that fits your delivery volume. We also offer free pilot programs for early partners.

We're expanding and currently support addresses in Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, and Nizwa. Register your address even if your area isn't fully covered yet, and you'll be ready when we arrive.

Yes. If you move or need to update your delivery instructions, contact our team and we'll update your record while keeping your same Wasul code.
